Binghatti Properties Unveils $1 Billion Mercedes-Benz Place: A Luxurious Branded Residence in Downtown Dubai

 In collaboration with Mercedes-Benz, Binghatti Properties introduces a high-end residential project with duplex and triplex apartments

Dubai-based luxury developer Binghatti Properties has announced the launch of its latest venture, the $1 billion Mercedes-Benz Place, a branded residence located in the heart of Downtown Dubai. The partnership with German luxury carmaker Mercedes-Benz aims to bring a new level of sophistication to the real estate landscape.

The 65-storey tower, set for completion in Q4 2026, is situated in one of Downtown Dubai’s prime locations, offering a limited collection of 150 meticulously designed apartments. Prices for these luxury residences, including duplex and triplex units, begin at Dh10 million.

The tower’s unique configuration includes two-bedroom floors with only four suites, three-bedroom unit floors with just three suites, and two five-bedroom penthouses on each floor. The development will feature two, three, and four-bedroom units, along with five-bedroom penthouses, each equipped with its own private swimming pool.

Rising to a height of 341 meters, Mercedes-Benz Place by Binghatti will offer residents a diverse range of amenities, including restaurants, sports and wellness zones, lounges, non-automotive retail spaces, exhibition areas, and parking facilities. The project will integrate smart mobility features such as electric vehicle charging, ride-hailing, bike and scooter sharing, chauffeur services, and automated valet parking.

The unique selling points of the project extend beyond luxurious living spaces. The tower’s façade, covering 75,000 square feet, will incorporate photovoltaic technology to generate electricity for charging up to 40 electric vehicles daily, amounting to 20,000 km of carbon-free trips. Muhammad Binghatti, CEO of Binghatti Properties, emphasized the sustainability aspect during an interview, highlighting the project’s commitment to environmentally conscious practices.

Mercedes-Benz Place l Binghatti joins the developer’s portfolio of branded residences, including Bugatti Residences by Binghatti and Burj Binghatti Jacob & Co. The exclusivity of triplex units, not openly priced and considered off-market, has already garnered significant interest during the soft launch, with the sales team anticipating a swift sell-out.

Binghatti noted the increasing demand for trophy assets, indicating that some buyers view these luxurious residences as both a living space and a valuable investment. As the developer embraces the intersection of automotive and real estate worlds, the collaboration with Mercedes-Benz reflects a strategic move to cater to discerning clients seeking unparalleled sophistication in their Dubai residences. Britta Seeger, member of the board of management of Mercedes-Benz Group AG for marketing and sales, expressed Dubai’s suitability for such branded residences, emphasizing the city’s allure for prestigious real estate projects.
